On Friday, Democrat Stacey Abrams once again claimed she won Georgia’s 2018 gubernatorial election.
Abrams said at a Houston meeting of Annie’s List, a group supporting progressive women candidates, people are raised to believe “you’ve gotta conceded the election so that everyone knows you’re a good sport. I’m not [a good sport].”
Abrams lost the election by 55,000 votes.
One of our favorite moments from .@staceyabrams in #Houston for .@AnniesListTX while speaking about keeping up the fight: "usually candidates feel like they have to concede if they want to run for office again to show that they're a good sport. I am not a good sport." pic.twitter.com/SHOstTIWMA
