President Trump says he plans to walk away and/or issue additional tariffs if the China trade talks aren’t fair and equitable for the US. Stock markets have climbed since this video, and as of 10:00 am, the Dow Jones has climbed back up to -225.80 (-0.85%), NASDAQ at -76.78 (-0.94%).
